The Garage Logic View Of The Millennium
		Your buddy tells you about some new Cigars called "Centuries", he says you have to try them, so you order three boxes each box holds ten Cigars. You get the Boxes in the mail, and on the side of each box is printed the words “Millennium Box”. You open the first Millennium Box and immediately start smoking your first Century cigar, it is very tasty. Your buddy calls and asks you “How many have you finished?” and you reply “None, I’m smoking my first Century right now and I’m about half way through it, and it is very tasty”. These Century Cigars are very big and take a long time to burn through, but eventually you smoke all ten of the Centuries in the first Millennium Box. You are now into the second Millennium Box, in fact you are smoking the last cigar in the Second Millennium Box. Your buddy calls you again and asks you “How many Centuries have you smoked?” and you reply “Well, I have finished 19 complete Centuries, and I’m smoking my 20th Century right now, in fact I’m about 99% of the way through this one. The smoke is getting in my eyes and my lips are burning.” you go on and say “These Centuries are very tasty Cigars, and as soon as I’m done with this Century I’m going to crack open the 3rd Millennium Box, and start smoking my 21st Century.” So the 3rd Millennium starts on January 1, 2000.
