If you are getting the error -3171 or web pages aren't loading:

Solution:
Try emptying your Web browsers 'cache file?

:If you are getting the error : 'Macmagicians.com wouldn't connect on port: 25'

Solution:

This means that your internet provider won't allow internet forwarding, you need to contact your ISP and tell them to allow email relays from you to macmagicians.com. Otherwise you won't be able to send from your macmagicians email account unless you choose to use web mail.

Other potential errors you could be getting 550 server ccc79 or 0x800 ccc0f.

Solution:

This appears to be related to Microsoft Outlook, and I would suggest quiting outlook and restarting it, if that makes no difference reboot your computer, if still no success contact your ISP as your email isn't making it to our server.

General Settings:
(we use the fictional account customer for this purpose)

Name: customer
note: if you have problems receiving email use the address in the name field.( ie. customer@yourdomain.com)

E-mail address: customer@yourdomain.com

check the box for:
Inclue this account when recieving mail or synchronizingoutlook express 6 settings

Server Settings:

My incoming mail server is a POP3 server.

Incoming mail (POP3): macmagicians.com

Outgoing mail (SMTP): 170.215.109.12 (use this now)

Account name: customer

Password: ••••••••• (whatever is assigned to you)

check the box for:
Remember password
outlook express 6 settings

If you are getting the error : 'The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'macmagicians.com', Server: 'macmagicians.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
